THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE JAMESTOWN PHILOMENIAN LIBRARY

Article I          Title and Purposes

 

               Section 1           This organization shall be called the “Board of Trustees of the Jamestown Philomenian Library” , existing by virtue of the provisions of  Chapter 4, Section 29-4-5 of the Laws of the State of  Rhode Island.    This organization exercises the powers and authority and assumes the responsibilities delegated to it under the said statute.
