ATTENTION MUNICIPAL WATER USERS: WATER SERVICE LINE SURVEY
COMPLETE THE JAMESTOWN WATER SERVICE LINE SURVEY
The Jamestown Water Department (JWD) must identify and replace all lead service lines in our community. ALL users are encouraged to take the survey to help the JWD determine if there may be a lead service line on your property. The survey can be found at Water Service Line Material Survey (alchemer.com) or scan the QR Code. Please complete the 5-10 minute survey by midnight on August 15, 2024.
