This annual event includes a food truck, gear give-a ways, cash prizes for each category in the competition and a 50/50 raffle! It is an event that has grown in popularity over the years from anywhere between 250-300+ attendees.
Skatefest consists of a skate, dance and rap battle competition. The event is held at the Jamestown Skatepark, behind the Lawn Middle School on Jamestown. This event is a collaboration between the Jamestown Teen Center and Kettlebottom Productions. This event receives support from the many other individuals within the community who play an important role in helping it run smoothly each year.
Each year we receive donations including; money, clothes, skateboard gear, etc., from various companies and local businesses.Some past sponsors include;

Each year Teen Center members volunteer to help and work the Teen Center booth, as well as sell raffle tickets, etc. This is a great opportunity for our youth to get involved in events within their community!
This years Skatefest will be our 8th Annual and take place on Friday, September 26th, with a rain-date of the 27th, 4-9pm.
